How to get started with Elephant CRM for your business. This will take you through navigation and getting started with using a CRM to develop your business. This course is based on our in-house Elephant CRM but will work for other variations of CRM's on the market.
Getting to grips with your CRM is the first step. You need to create processes to drive new leads down the funnel to convert. A CRM will do this for you but needs some consideration to get it set up.
If you are at that stage in implementing your CRM then this is the course for you. It is run by Darren who worked as a Business Analyst in Blue Chip companies to implement these types of systems. He has been running several small companies himself since leaving the corporate world, over 11 years ago, bring big company processes to small businesses.
Darren has been teaching since 1998 where he was approached by a local college to run a course called IT for the terrified. The college was in need of qualified trainers and offered to train Darren in his teaching qualification so that he could also run qualification courses that had external examiners. Darren excelled in his course passing with flying colours. He has been training ever since.
Whilst working for an IT development company Darren was sent all over the UK to install and train a private patient administration system. From there he worked as a Business Analyst to trouble shoot in a blue-chip company where he would present solutions to the directors and once approved implement the solution which usually covered massive change where his training skills came in again. Some projects required him to run teams of trainers to deliver the solution.
Being promoted to Training Manager he felt the need to set up and run his own company called Develop and Promote commonly known as DaP. Over the 10 years DaP has had elements of training and today Darren has a wealth of knowledge in Business, IT Marketing and Sales. An incredibly rounded set of skills and experience makes every course Darren runs very useful. He prides himself on making sure that whoever or in whatever format he delivers the student gets more than they expect.
